Manufacturing Timeline:

1-3 Days After Ordering: You will receive an email invitation to a survey in order to create your formula.

1-3 Days After Survey Submission: A recipe will be sent to you for approval. You may request changes at this stage. Production will not begin without your approval.

Up to 2 Weeks After Approval: Production begins. The 2-week window allows time to acquire special ingredients. Recipes that utilize on-hand ingredients will begin production within 1-5 days of approval.

7-10 Days After Production Starts: A small sample will be sent to you via oversized Canada Post lettermail at no additional cost. An estimated delivery date range will be provided, but cannot be guaranteed. Note that early samples may dissolve very quickly and may dry the skin more than the final product. If, upon testing your sample, you are not satisfied with your soap, you may choose to have a new formula created for an additional $15. This will restart the entire manufacturing timeline, and you will not receive the original formula.

6-8 Weeks After Production Starts: Your finished soap will be shipped to you! A delivery estimate will be provided but cannot be guaranteed.

Total Turnaround Time: 7-13 weeks.
